Shipping policy

SHIPPING COST:

  • Digital invitation and card orders: Free. Digital file is sent to your email and text message number after proof is approved.
  • Printed invitation orders: Free. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping.
  • Printed card and stationery orders: Small shipping fee, depending on the product. Free shipping on orders over $50.00.

 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

  • PROOFING: If your order requires personalization, proof images of your personalized product will be sent to you within 1-3 business days by email or text message. You must approve this proof (or submit changes) promptly to keep the process moving.
  • FINAL APPROVED FILE: You will be sent your final file after proof approval within 24 business hours.
  • SHIPPING PRINTED INVITATIONS: Delivery is via USPS Priority Shipping. This is estimated at 1-3 business days from the business day after you approve your proof. USPS may increase this delivery estimate during busy holiday seasons.
  • SHIPPING PRINTED CARD AND STATIONERY ORDERS: Delivery is via USPS Ground Advantage (3-4 business days) or DHL eCommerce (5-8 business days), depending on the product. Shipping quotes are available during checkout.

 

TRACKING:

  • Tracking is not available on digital file delivery. If you do not receive your file within the stated time-frame, please contact Amy at Artistically Invited to arrange digital delivery again.
  • Tracking on printed orders will be provided via a shipping details email when your order has shipped. Please allow a business day for tracking to update if details do not immediately show the initial tracking information after the label was created.
  • Some orders may have items that ship separately. Books and journals ship separately than invitation and stationery orders. You will be sent any relevant tracking details for all shipments.
