It's understandable that you may have questions before you order, or may want to know more about the purchase process. This page is here to answer your questions (FAQs) and inform you of other important details that are good to know.

 

FAQs:

  • Will I receive a proof image before my order is sent or printed?
    Yes! If your order requires personalization you will be sent an email with a low-resolution watermarked proof image attached for your review and approval within 1-3 business days. Changes can be made if necessary. You will have to approve this proof before we either send your final image file to you or print your product(s). Please thoroughly review the design proof(s) you will receive for any errors and/or misspelled words in addition to verifying that all dates and times are correct.
  • How much is shipping?
  • Shipping digital files is free. There is no fee for file delivery.
  • Small shipping fees may be required on some printed stationery orders. Specifics are available during checkout. Shipping is free on orders of $50.00 or more.
  • Can I get a proof before I purchase?
    Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a proof prior to purchase. Once your order is placed, you will receive a personalized proof that allows you to review your invitation with all of your details. At that point, any necessary adjustments can be made before the final file is sent to you. I appreciate your understanding, as I am unable to begin design work without an order in place.

  • Can I change the wording on an invitation?
    Absolutely! Unless it is specifically stated otherwise in the description (rare), you may provide the wording that fits your celebration or event. All invitations are priced the same, regardless of the occasion, so you are welcome to use a design for any occasion! Provide the wording you wish to use in the "Provide your wording" field on the product page.

  • How long does it take to get my order?
    Typical results:
    1-3 business days to receive your proof(s) by email. Please respond quickly to this proof/email.
    1-2 business days to receive your final file after you've reviewed the proof and given it your final approval.
    3-5 business days for printed invitations to print, if this upgrade option is selected. Then 2-3 business days for free delivery via USPS Priority Shipping.
    3-5 business days for stationery orders to print. Then 3-4 business days for delivery via USPS Ground Advantage or 5-8 business days for delivery via DHL eCommerce. Shipping estimates will be shown at checkout.
  • What do I do with my file?
    You may either print the image file on your own, preferably on card stock, and cut out the invitations to be mailed. You will be responsible for all materials and work invovled to create these invitations from the final file.
    You may also use the final file as a paperless e-vite to send to your guests by email, text message, or through social media. It's your choice!
  • What if I want printed invitations?
    Artistically Invited still offers professionally printed invitations and cards (with envelopes), and stationery products. If you would prefer this option, you are welcome to select this upgrade option on the product page. Once you put a check in the checkbox it will allow you to select the quantity you require. You will receive these printed invitations or cards in addition to your digital file (sent separately). Allotted quantities and minimum order requirements are available in the Select Quantity menu. The paper type is a thick, high-quality 130# uncoated smooth and the complimentary envelopes are 80# white.

 

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

  • These are digital designs and/or printed illustrations. There are no glued, embossed, metallic, or reflective elements or inks.
  • The digital invitations are a digital JPG image file with a 300dpi resolution in an RGB color profile.
  • Text space is limited in some designs. Please use good discretion when deciding if a design will work with the wording you require. All effort will be made to make the text work in the design you choose. In rare circumstances, you may be asked to reduce the amount of wording you wish to use.
  • Artistically Invited® is not responsible for errors not caught by the customer (regardless of fault) on approved proof images. Please be certain you check every detail of the invitation or card text before approving the proof. Changes also cannot be accepted after the proof has been approved.
