Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Due to the personalized, custom, and digital nature of many products sold by Artistically Invited, all sales of personalized and digital products are final. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- If your printed order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact Artistically Invited promptly so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, can be arranged when applicable.
- Non-personalized paper goods, such as recipe cards or folded cards, may be eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, only with prior approval from Artistically Invited. Approved returns must be unopened, unused, and returned in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is approved and received in acceptable condition, any approved refund will be issued within 3 business days of receipt.
- Refused deliveries and unauthorized returns of printed products are not accepted and are not eligible for refund.
- Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the order. If lost and a replacement is needed, Artistically Invited may offer a discounted replacement option when possible.
PROOF APPROVAL
Please review your proof carefully before approving it. Artistically Invited strongly recommends checking all spelling, wording, dates, times, addresses, and other event details thoroughly before final approval is given.
Once a proof has been approved, the order will move forward using the approved design and information. Refunds will not be issued for errors, omissions, or incorrect details that appeared on an approved proof. Any corrections must be requested before final proof approval.
FINAL PRINTED COLOR AND OUTPUT
Please note that final printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Differences can occur due to monitor settings, printer variations, printing methods, and the paper or material used. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of purchase.
- Cancellations are only accepted after 1 hour if work has not yet started on the order.
- Once personalization and proofing work has begun, full or partial refunds are no longer available.
- If a cancellation is requested after work has started, Artistically Invited reserves the right to retain payment for design and proofing work already completed.
- Example proofing charges for canceled orders after work has begun may include: Invitation proof: $20.00, RSVP proof: $5.00, Save the Date proof: $15.00. Other proofing charges may apply depending on the item ordered.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Artistically Invited does not discriminate and reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or end a transaction when necessary. If this occurs, any refund for work not yet completed or services not yet rendered will be issued as appropriate. Artistically Invited also reserves the right to retain payment for work and services already completed.
