All sales are final due to the personalized nature of my shop. If you are unsatisfied with your printed purchase due to damage, please contact me so I may attempt to remedy the situation to the best of my ability. All other sales are final.
Artistically Invited highly recommends double, or even triple reading/checking the text via the design PROOF we send you. We will NOT refund any design approved by you. Spelling errors or incorrect information, regardless of fault, must be submitted for correction BEFORE the final PROOF is approved. No refunds will be given.
Please also remember that the color of the final product may be off a little due to:
• variances in how monitors display colors.
• the wide variety of printing processes.
• variances in how color looks on different printing materials.
Exact color matching is very difficult to accomplish, and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations are only accepted within (1) hour after your purchase. Cancellations will only be accepted if no work has begun yet on your order. You are paying not only for the product itself, when you purchase a listing, but also for the time it takes to work on your order. Please be certain of your purchase before you complete the transaction. Do not purchase if you know you might need to cancel, or if you have not allowed yourself adequate processing time to receive your order in time for your event. Refunds or complete refunds may not be available if work has begun on your order. Although the proofing process is complimentary with your order, the proofing process is not a free service before a purchase is made, and must be compensated for if you request a cancellation of your order (BEFORE the order has been submitted for printing), if the cancellation is accepted by the Designer. The order cannot be canceled once printing has been submitted. If you order is canceled, and your proofs have been made, you will be responsible for the cost of the work required to put the proof images together. The proofing service is only complimentary with the purchase of the product itself and its final delivery. Example amounts would be: Invitation proof: $22.00, RSVP proof: $13.00, Save the Date proof: $15.00, Enclosure card proof: $15.00, Business card size enclosure card: $12.00, Thank you card or note card inside message proof: $15.00, Address Label or Journal proof: $5.00, Business Card: $22.00. Other amounts are available upon request.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

Artistically Invited reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or cancel a business relationship or transaction at the Designer's discretion. Refunds for any services not rendered will be issued. Artistically Invited reserves the right to retain payment for services rendered up to that point. Various unforeseen complications may result in the inability to complete an order, and thus cannot be explained here. This occurrence to refuse service is so unlikely to happen, but must be stated in the rare event it might ever need to be exercised.
Artistically Invited is not responsible for packages not received after confirmed delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address. All packages have tracking that is provided to you. If your order shows as delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, you are responsible for the cost to replace your order.
